We are a tech and management services company that connects users with licensed doctors (“Providers”) to review medical records and assess the need for prescriptions. Users receive a patient bill of rights, informed consent, and access to Providers for any questions. If a prescription is needed, it will be issued by the Provider and filled by a licensed pharmacy. Users can choose any pharmacy, but if another pharmacy is used, a paper prescription will be sent to them.

Our role is to facilitate the connection between users and Providers; we do not control or influence medical practices. Doc4Life is not a healthcare provider and does not establish a doctor-patient relationship with users. However, users may establish a relationship with Providers and will receive diagnosis and treatment information via secure messages or email. It is the user’s responsibility to respond to these communications. By using our Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal and health information.
