Refund Policy

Since our products require a prescription, all sales are final once the prescription has been dispatched. However, we will issue a full refund for any product deemed unnecessary by the physician or if the order is canceled before shipment.

After the product has been shipped, all sales are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on shipped items. Refunds are only considered if the product arrives damaged or is not what was prescribed. If you encounter such issues, please contact us within two business days and send a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to sales@doc4life.online.
