Shipping Policy

At Doc4Life, we aim to offer quick, efficient, and clear service. For further information, please review our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Prescriptions can only be shipped to the U.S. states we serve, so patients need to confirm their state of residence before we can process their orders.

Processing Times

Typically, orders are processed within 3-7 business days. However, if we are missing required patient information or need additional details, processing might be delayed. Please note, we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
During peak times, there may be slight delays in shipment. If there’s an extended delay, we’ll reach out to you via email or phone.

Shipping and Delivery

Once your prescription is filled, we ship orders via UPS, either with overnight cold shipping or, in some cases, within 2 days. All shipments come directly from the pharmacy. You’ll get an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, which will become active within 24 hours.

Please be aware that occasional delivery delays may happen.
